Pourwise
By downloading or using Pourwise, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pourwise for lawful personal purposes, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store terms.
You own the recipes and brew notes you create in Pourwise. You're responsible for anything you enter and for using the app in line with applicable law. Your content is stored locally on your device — Pourwise doesn't upload or share it.
Pourwise connects to Bluetooth scales, including the BOOKOO Themis, that we don't manufacture or control. We're not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or behavior of your scale's hardware or firmware.
If Pourwise offers optional purchases, they're processed entirely through Apple's App Store billing. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple's terms, and purchases are managed from iOS Settings — Pourwise never sees your payment details.
Pourwise is provided "as is" for personal use. We don't guarantee that pour timing, weight readings, or brew guidance will be precise or suited to any particular bean, scale, or method — coffee is variable, and so is Bluetooth hardware.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including a ruined brew or lost data. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Since your recipes and brew history live only on your device, you're responsible for your own backups (for example, via a device backup). We can't recover data lost to a deleted app, a wiped phone, or a factory reset.
We may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Pourwise after a change means you accept the update.
